very clean mushroom, packed in drums of 45kg drained weight with the below specification:

1) Whole mushroom: 1st Class, cap 2-3cm, 3-5cm, & 5-8cm.

2) Half Cuts: Special Class ---2-3cm, 3-5cm, 2nd Class ---less than 2cm,

3) Sliced whole mushrooms: Special Class, with cap 3-5cm & 5-8cm.

4) Only Cap: 1st & 2nd Class, 2-3cm, 3-5cm, & 5-8cm.

5) Cap and Stem cuts mixed: 1st Class, 2nd Class and 3rd Class, Size 2x3cm.

6) Cap & Stem Cuts with Small half-cuts, 1st Class. (Called AX)

7) Stem Slices: special class, 4-6cm & 6cm up.

8) Stem Cuts: 1st Class & 4th Class, 2x3cm.
